Claiming T&Cs:

  • I am open to sharing a video of the item's condition (with my username's watermark). Please feel free to DM me for the link.

  • Please be 200% sure before ordering or reserving any item. "Bogus" and/or joy reservers will be called out and blocked.

  • Once you claimed/"MINE" an item and it was acknowledged that means your order is final.

  • I'll send you an order confirmation or invoice through DMs. After I send the invoice, you can't return or cancel the order. If you cancel, you'll have to pay 50% of the total price you claimed.

  • All claims are final and can't be canceled. Claimers are free to host a pasalo of their claimed items. NOTE: Please be reminded that I am not responsible for PASALO hosted by others.

  • I DO NOT accommodate split shipping. However, you may host a hatian for a set you prefer but I will only be shipping to 1 address.

PAYMENT T&Cs:

  • MOP: I accept payments through GCash, Maya, GoTyme, and Unionbank. (Account details will be disclosed once order is confirmed).

  • Please send a screenshot of your payment through DM. Payments will be confirmed within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation within that time, please bump your message.

  • Payment deadlines can be adjusted, but you need to let me know at least 3 days in advance if you can't pay on time. Late payment fee is P15 per day.

  • After payment is confirmed, I will be sharing a spreadsheet for payment and shipping tracking. Please do not share or disclose this link to anyone who is not part of the hatian or does not have any transactions with me.

SHIPPING T&Cs:

  • Items are shipped from Davao City, Davao del Sur.

  • MOD: J&T and LBC. (I highly recommend using J&T, as I can apply a P21 OFF voucher for shipping).

  • Shipments are made on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, unless otherwise specified that I can ship on other days not mentioned. No rush shipping.

  • Packaging Fees: I 100% disclose if packaging used are recycled or not. If the packaging is recycled, I don't charge a packaging fee. HOWEVER, please note that I may need to buy different packaging for bulk or big orders. The packaging fee will be disclosed during the transaction.

  • DISCLAIMER: Courier-related issues, such as missing, lost, or broken items, are non-refundable. Mistakes made by the courier are beyond my responsibility once the package is shipped.

  • Always record an unedited/raw unboxing video. Video recording should start recording from the moment you open the parcel bag. This serves as proof if any items are missing or damaged. An unboxing video DOES NOT guarantee a return or refund.
